2. No Cost Involved: Participation in the ‘Discover Mauritius’ Specialist E-Learning Program is free of charge.

3. Program Validity: The “Discover Mauritius” E-Learning Program is valid for one year from the date of activation on this micro-site. Registrants who do not complete the program within this period will lose their progress and access. To ensure a smooth experience and avoid losing access, we recommend completing the program promptly after registration.

4. Flexible Completion with a Sense of Urgency: While you can complete the program at your own pace, we strongly encourage you to start and finish the “Discover Mauritius” E-Learning Program as soon as possible. Early completion ensures you receive your E-certification promptly and can apply your new expertise to benefit your business.

5. Completion Requirements: The program consists of four compulsory modules, each with a set of quiz questions. To successfully complete the program, participants must achieve 100% accuracy in their answers.

6. Authority for E-Certification and FAM Trip Selection: The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) holds the exclusive authority to make final decisions on answer evaluations, result determinations, the issuance of E-certificates, and the selection of winners for FAM trips.

7. E-Certificate Usage: Upon successful completion, participants will receive an E-certificate that can be downloaded and used for professional purposes, including on websites, email signatures, and resumes.

8. Data Privacy: Participants’ data will be shared between TravelBiz Monitor and the MTPA for program administration and certificate issuance. This data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9.Program Changes: The MTPA reserves the right to modify the program, including its content, requirements, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

10.Program Withdrawal: The MTPA reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the program at its discretion.
